To request a repeat prescription, please fill out the form below and we will be in touch within 24 hours. If approved, a maximum of one month of medications can be issued.

The repeat prescription service is for existing patients only, and only for medications already prescribed by Dr Mo. If you require more than one month supply of a repeat medication or if you wish to request a new medication or if Dr Mo wishes to review you before authorising a further repeat prescription, then a clinic appointment with Dr Mo would be required.. 

The price for a repeat prescription is £29. We will notify you when your prescription is ready and it can either be collected from our prescription box with 24/7 access or can be sent to the online pharmacy, pharmacierge, who will deliver the medication directly to you. Please note we are unable to post or fax prescriptions.
